Response time for shipments:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. And it may take 4-6 business days to arrive at your door. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few extra days in transit for shipping. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, which includes the tracking number of your order. This number will be active in the next 24 hours. 

Free shipping:

Bee Surreal Swimwear offers free shipping (in the standard shipping method) on purchases over $320,000 COP. When this condition is met, free shipping will be automatically applied when confirming the order. If you want to improve the shipping method, you need to bear the cost of the shipping fee.
