Return policy:

  • If you need to return your purchase, keep in mind that you have 30 calendar days to do so (counting from the day you received the package). All shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
  • To accept the return, the garments must be new and in the same conditions in which they were sent, with complete marks and labels and in their original packaging.
  • Discounted items are considered final sales. These cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are subject to availability. The balances may have minimal alterations that do not compromise the quality of the garment.
  • Once Bee Surreal Swimwear receives the return or exchange request, it may take up to 5 business days to process it. When we receive the package, we will analyze the case and notify you. Remember that you must fill out our exchanges and returns form,
  • If your return is accepted, you will receive a credit balance or credit in our virtual store. The code to use this credit will be sent to your email within 10 days after receiving the package and will be valid for 6 months.
  • If an order is canceled or refunded, it may take up to 20 business days to process.
  • All changes are subject to availability of the garments.
